Understand the effect of tone on team morale and effectiveness, and learn techniques to communicate constructively. By reducing critical tones, the team fosters a more supportive and creative work environment. Teams learn to handle differing opinions with respect, enhancing collaboration and innovation.

Week 4. Perfectionism and Mistakes
Address the challenges of perfectionism and the power of learning from mistakes to build a resilient team culture. Shifting the focus from perfection to growth helps reduce fear and encourages experimentation.

Week 5: Your Boundaries
Introduce the concept of healthy boundaries to maintain respect and balance in interactions. Team members learn to communicate needs assertively, creating a safe space for diverse perspectives.

Week 6: Conflict Resilience
